Great Public Schools | PFT400-2024

Great Public Schools

The GPS Committee meets once a month throughout the school year, and tackles legislative, public policy, funding, and scholastic issues that challenge the very fabric of public education.

As a coalition of community, faith, and labor organizations, Great Public Schools is the very essence of collaborative activism uniting leaders from our PFT membership with leaders from other like-minded organizations for the tireless cause of creating, funding, staffing and sustaining great public schools in Pittsburgh.
