Welcome to the PFT! Whether this is your first job in education, or one you’ve moved into after years of experience elsewhere, there’s a lot going on at the outset that can be overwhelming. But if you’re reading this, you’ve already made one of the most important decisions of your career — you’ve joined the union!
And that means you’re not alone. Your staff representatives, your officers, your executive board, building representatives and fellow members have all been where you are right now. And we’re all here to help.
